Independence. The journal is an independent editorial publication.

Sourcing. Articles rely on documents readers can locate, such as utility filings, state statutes, agency guidance, and consumer protection materials. Where a claim cannot be tied to a verifiable source, we say so plainly rather than presenting it as settled.

Scope. Content is explanatory.

Corrections. When an error is identified with a specific passage and supporting evidence, we review it and correct the article if warranted. Material corrections are noted on the page. The contact page explains what to include in a correction request.

Illustrations. They are not photographs of real installations, people, or places, and they are not evidence for any factual claim.

No invented credentials. It is a new publication and does not claim to continue a prior entity or an operating service.
